HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE A PRODUCT TO SHIP?
All orders are custom made to order and we have a general lead time of 10 business days but most orders ship in 3 business days.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
Yes, All of our products have drop down listings for features and if there is something else would would like please send us a message or give us a call and we will try to meet your needs.
How to return or exchange?
All orders are made to order this being the case on most orders that are not super customized to a specific individual we can expect a return. There is a 20 percent restocking fee and you must pay to ship the product back in an unused and undamaged manner. Once the product is received and inspected a refund my be issued. For exchanges, a product can only be exchanged if its not super customized for one individual and it may only be exchange for an equal or lesser value product. Any product of higher value will have to have the difference paid for. The return shipping for the original product must be paid by the customer. Items will only be exchanged in the original unused condition upon being received and inspected.
How does my warranty work?
We offer 2 types of warranties a Standard Lifetime manufacturers warranty and an additional Paid Extended Warranty called the “Stuff Happens Warranty”
– Standard Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacture defects that may happen during production or be a natural defect of the material (Such as cracks in wood grains). To establish a claim please send us an email and a photo of the defect and we will issue a return label and replace any of the defective parts on the product and ship it back to you. If you are capable of the repair yourself we do provide you with the option and we send the replacement part to you. However we do no warranty the work you do yourself.
– “Stuff Happens” Accidental Warranty, is a paid extended coverage warranty that is a one time job site accident warranty that allows you to send us a photo of the broken hood and we send you a replacement hood at no cost to you no matter how the hood was damaged. We understand that life happens and we want to extend this understanding in a warranty form to you because we have been there before.
