CMR Fabrications Monthly Drawing

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR REDEMPTION OF LOYALTY POINTS WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The CMR Fabrications Monthly Drawing (“Monthly Drawing”) is sponsored by CMR Fabrications, located at 123 S 6800 W Unit A Cedar City UT 84720 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Monthly Drawing is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Monthly Drawing Period

The Monthly Drawing begins on First day of the month, starting at 12:00am Mountain Time (MT) Zone and ends on Last day of the month, 11:59pm Mountain Time (MT) Zone (“Monthly Drawing Period”). Entries received outside the Monthly Drawing Period are void.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter the Monthly Drawing. Odds of winning are the same regardless of method of entry.

A. Loyalty Points Entry (Optional)

Participants who are members of Sponsor’s loyalty program may redeem loyalty points for Monthly Drawing entries during the Monthly Drawing Period.

  • 50 loyalty points = 1 Monthly Drawing entry
  • Entries are issued at the time points are successfully redeemed
  • Loyalty points have no cash value and are subject to the loyalty program’s terms
  • Redeeming loyalty points is not required to enter or win.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE – Mail-In)

To enter without redeeming points or making a purchase, send one (1) handwritten entry on a 3” × 5” card by first-class mail.

The card must include all of the following, handwritten:

  • Full name
  • Street address (no P.O. boxes)
  • City, state, ZIP code
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Month of the Monthly Drawing

Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the month of the drawing and received by Last day of the month, 11:59pm Mountain Time (MT) Zone of the drawing period.

Limit: One (1) mail-in entry per person for the duration of the Monthly Drawing.
Each valid mail-in entry will receive five (5) Monthly Drawing entries.

No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or mass-produced entries will be accepted.

5. Entry Limits

  • Loyalty point entries: No limit, subject to available loyalty points
  • Mail-in entries: One (1) per person, worth five (5) entries

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to exceed entry limits or uses fraudulent methods.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the Monthly Drawing prize as announced by Sponsor at the beginning of each month (the “Prize”). The Prize will vary from month to month, and the approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize will also vary depending on the Prize offered for that month.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize, in whole or in part, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Monthly Drawing Period. The drawing will take place on or about 3 days after the close of the month.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within a reasonable time following the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within [48–72] hours, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law) prior to prize delivery. If the total value of prizes received from Sponsor during a calendar year equals or exceeds $600, winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes.

9. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.

10. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, city, state, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Monthly Drawing if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Monthly Drawing. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for technical errors of any kind.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Appstle, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

14. Governing Law

The Monthly Drawing is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
