CMR Fabrications FABTECH 2026 Booth Drawing – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. CMR Fabrications, [street address], Cedar City, UT [ZIP] (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. Open to registered FABTECH 2026 attendees who are legal U.S. residents, 18 or older. Not open to employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, or members of their households. Void where prohibited.

3. Drawing Period. The drawing runs during FABTECH 2026 show hours, October 21–23, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Booth [#]. All times are Pacific Time. Each show day has two entry windows:

  • Morning: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (drawing held at approximately 12:00 p.m.)
  • Afternoon: 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. (drawing held at approximately 4:45 p.m.)
  • Last drawing 

4. How to Enter. Visit Sponsor’s booth during an entry window and have your badge scanned, or fill out a free entry card at the booth. Limit one entry per person per entry window. Entries apply only to the drawing for the window in which they are received.

5. Prizes. One (1) custom CMR Fabrications welding hood will be awarded per drawing, with an approximate retail value of $599.00. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash or substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries for that window. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners do not need to be present to win.

7. Notification and Claiming. Winners will be notified by email or phone using their badge or entry card information. Winners must respond within [7] days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Prizes will be [picked up at the booth / shipped to the winner at Sponsor’s expense].

8. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes on their prizes.

9. General Conditions. Sponsor may disqualify incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries. Sponsor may cancel or modify the drawing if circumstances beyond its control affect its fair operation. By entering, participants agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Entry information will be used to administer the drawing and may be used by Sponsor for marketing communications, subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at [URL].

10. Release. By accepting a prize, winners release Sponsor from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or from the prize.

11. Publicity. By entering, participants agree that, if selected as a winner, Sponsor may announce their name, city and state, and company name during the drawing and on Sponsor’s social media channels, website, and other promotional materials, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
