Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
The CMR Fabrications Rewards Program (“Program”) allows eligible customers to earn and redeem points (“Points”) on qualifying purchases and activities, subject to these Terms & Conditions. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The Program is operated by CMR Fabrications and is subject to change, suspension, or termination at any time at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have an active customer account with CMR Fabrications. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

3. Earning Points
Customers earn Points as follows:
3 Points per $1 USD spent on eligible purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, duties, refunds, chargebacks, and gift cards.
Points are awarded after an order is successfully completed and not returned or refunded.
We reserve the right to modify earning rules, exclude specific products, or limit earning opportunities at any time.

4. Point Expiration
Points expire 24 months (2 years) from the date they are earned if not redeemed.
Expired Points:
Have no cash value
Cannot be reinstated
Cannot be transferred
We are not responsible for lost or expired Points due to inactivity or account closure.

5. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for rewards made available through the Program, including but not limited to:
Raffle entries
Free shipping rewards
Dollar-off discounts
Merchandise or promotional items
All redemptions are:
Subject to availability
Non-transferable
Non-refundable
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Rewards may include additional terms, expiration dates, or restrictions.

6. Monthly Drawing Entries
Points may be redeemed for drawing entries as part of promotional giveaways.
Drawing Rules:
50 Points = 1 raffle entry
Raffle entries have no cash value
Prizes are fixed and do not increase based on the number of entries
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received
Winners are selected at random
Drawing prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash unless required by law.
We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or substitute raffle prizes at any time.

7. Discounts & Free Shipping Rewards
Dollar-off discounts and free shipping rewards:
Apply to eligible products only
May be subject to minimum purchase requirements
May have maximum discount caps
Cannot be combined with other offers, promo codes, or discounts unless explicitly stated
Discounts do not apply to shipping, taxes, or gift cards unless otherwise specified.

8. Account Misuse & Abuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Program participation, revoke Points, or cancel rewards if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a customer has:
Violated these Terms
Engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Attempted to manipulate the Program
All decisions regarding Program enforcement are final.

9. Program Changes & Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
If the Program is terminated:
Unredeemed Points may be forfeited
Rewards may no longer be available
We are not liable for any loss of Points or rewards due to Program changes or termination.

10. No Monetary Value
Points:
Have no cash value
Are not property
Cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned
Participation in the Program does not create any vested rights.

11. Privacy
Participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you agree that we may collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of administering the Program.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which CMR Fabrications operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
